Aseikon watch Jun 01, 2004 - 11:03 AM Go to previous message

I inherited a nice, winding watch with the name "Aseikon." It has a date window, 23 jewels, and has the words "Shocktested" and "Columba Style" on the face. There is also a symbol that looks like an "A" in a crown or a boat, with one star above and three stars below.

Engraved on the back is a drawing of a sailing ship from behind, sails full. Around it are the words "Stainless Steel Back Antimagnetic Base Metal Case Dust-Shockresistant."

I have never heard of Aseikon and have not been able to find any information about the company on the Web. I am curious to know where and when this watch was made.

Can anyone provide any information?

Scott
